We are flying into Shannon next month to begin our Irish 10 day adventure, driving around the country to Dublin anticlockwise. We will be going to the south-west corner initially, but wondered whether a side trip to Kilkenny from Shannon and then on to Killarney the next day would be a worthwhile exercise.?
