My fiance and I will be travelling to Ireland for our honeymoon. We arrive in Dublin an take a self-drive tour through the south to the east and back across to Dublin. He wants to get a tattoo while we are there, are there any reputable shops in Dublin or perhaps Killarney, Cork, or Shannon. Preferably Dublin though, I figure we can have our honeymoon with the least discomfort if he tats on the last day

I’ll be in Ireland in August and might be able to sneak away for half a round of golf. Are most of the golf courses there considered private or member exclusive? Are there any public courses and is it easy to walk on without a tee time? What are some good, respectable public golf courses near Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Killarney, or Shannon?

In 1997 some train services from Cork would stop in Mallow, Charleville and Templemore and arrive in Dublin in a total time of 2h20 minutes. The same journey now takes 2h50 minutes? Why is this?
