because capacity on the line has increased (due to more freight etc since 1997) the train now needs to go slower for safety reasons. for example if traffic on a road were to double then obviously your journey time would increase. it is the same with railway lines

Because there are a lot more leaves on the tracks these days thanks to the Greens and their tree planting policies.

Cos they are motherfucking assholes of the fuckinh highest fucking proportions. I fucking **** them. The service is a fucking joke. Never on time, over fucking priced. Over crowded most times, ive had to sit on the floor many occasions. A can of Bulmers on the train, one warm can of bulmers? €5.50 fucking hell MOTHER-FICKERS-ASSHOLES! DIE!!!
