Arnold asked:
Hello, so far I’ve found round trip flights for $1454 (Kansas City to Dublin, 2 people, 5/20-5/26). I was wondering if this was a good price? Also, I need a rental car (22 years old) and a bed and breakfast package? Anyone know where I can get this cheap, maybe as a student? Thank you!

check out below I think that if you look around hen you should be able tog get hotel rooms for your stay included within the price you have found for flights alone. Or you could simply call four or five travel agents and get them working for you looking for the best prices available.

Hey Arnold!
I done a quick check on delta, aa and united. Cheapest I could get was $1547 round trip for two with Delta, AA had similar prices and United were nearly double that! O yeah I would say the price you got for flights is pretty good.
for rental car check out:

In regard to BB pkgs, what towns will you be staying in?
Also are the dates that you provided set in stone? you really don’t have an awful lot of time, also considering that you’ll be losing a day traveling here. If you can’t extend these days I’m sure you’ll still have a great time but seeing considerably less of the country. Since your flying in and out of Dublin, I would suggest you stay to the east of the country. Plenty of things to keep you occupied with mixture of city and countryside. I would suggest Wicklow for the scenery also Newgrange in Co.Meath (google it, its amazing and even pre-dates the pyramids in Egypt), also Kilkenny city (more a town) which has a beautiful castle.
Whilst you’re in Dublin if you’re centrally based you will not need a car, the city is very compact and most tourist attractions are walkable, not to mention that the traffic is an absolute nightmare.
Also when your looking at the distances between towns/cities in Ireland, be aware that when driving for example a 100 mile journey, it will take a hell of a lot longer than a similar 100 mile journey would in The U.S as most roads are not highways, and there can be a lot of small country roads to navigate. Below website gives directions and estimated journey time from one selected location to another. (ps.even with this you’re journey will be most likely 20-30mins longer than they estimate)
If you have any more quetions, please ask, will be glad to help.
