I will be visiting Ireland in August. The cost of travel depends upon where you are coming from! I will be flying in from Nebraska (Midwest USA) and the flight was $600. The passport around $95. I hear restaurants are expensive but you will probably eat often at your friends and perhaps assist with the grocery bill. I hear it is beautiful and friends who have gone there really enjoyed themselves! So, I imagine it will be worth the price. All adventures are what we make them, right?
