(Enniskerry, Very North Wicklow), Glendalough (Wicklow), just spend a while checking out Grafton Street, O'Connell St etc, try the National Art Gallery, Depends when you are over. March has St Patricks day for example. The places I have mentioned are well known, but thoroughly worth a visit.
