Well, your wife will love you if you take her to Dundrum Town Centre, Powerscourt House And Gardens are amazing. (Enniskerry, Very North Wicklow), Glendalough (Wicklow), just spend a while checking out Grafton Street, O’Connell St etc, try the National Art Gallery, Depends when you are over. March has St Patricks day for example.
The places I have mentioned are well known, but thoroughly worth a visit.

any of the art galleries,museums are good
or you can discover a lot just strolling through the streets on a pleaseant summer’s day
also some trips to howth,glendalough and some beaches are weel worth the visit
if you’re into shopping perhaps travel to the suburb of dundrum accessible by the luas tram system takes only about 10?15 minutes abd you’ll find yourself at a massive shopping centre
