it’s a kind of dance music it’s very rhytmic music..cheers
actually i think it’s just music and no voice
it should be ROSCOMMON REEL

but i can’t find better version…

    you don’t say if this was by a solo artist or band
    soloists could be Mary Duff
    Daniel O Donnell Fergal Sharky the list is endless or perhaps is was band (try the Dubliners ,also there are several Pans Pipes versions of many Irish tunes

    Hmm… when I was there, in pretty much every major pub/bar in which a band was playing, they covered ‘The Galway Girl’. It’s a very popular song, not exactly traditional Irish though, as it was written by an American!
