I leave for Dublin next Tuesday 4th May-Friday 7th and am wondering how much money I will need. I’m not a big drinker so will probably only have the odd Guinness to get into the spirit of things. I will, however, be eating out as my hotel doesn’t include any meals. I will also want to visit the odd tourist attraction too. I’m not looking to be overly luxurious while I’m there, just comfortable. I was thinking along the lines of £100 but I don’t want to struggle. Any advice appreciated.

I am planning to visit Ireland in November but have heard of cold temperatures and early nightfall. Are these things going to be a major impact on my trip? This will be a big journey and I want to know if the time of year may cause a disappointment.

Am flying American Airlines to Dublin and then Aerlingus from Dublin to Edinburgh. Returning the same way. What is the baggage allowance and cost for the Aerlingus flight?
