Hi,
I’m French and i’m working in AOL Ltd. in Dublin. As i will be student the next year and my current contract finish in 2 weeks I ‘m asking you if by any chance you know where can I find a job in city centre.
I have worked for 1 year in AOL(IT company) as Software engineer. I don’t really care about the job I would find. It can be in a pub, restaurants, shops. I have already put my job on the main websites as monster, jobs, etc…
If you have any others idea, let me know about it, that will be very helpful.
Thanks,
Fabien

I am planning a European trip that includes: Ireland (dublin), Rome, France(Paris), Netherlands (Amsterdam) and London… and a few of the surrounding areas… I will be travelling for a month and my question is are there any clean/safe hostels in any of the areas i have mentioned… or any reasonably rated hotels.
And if you have any good hot spots that are in those cities let me know! Thanks

I am visiting Dublin over the weekend of the the 7th-10th December with a group of friends,
We are hoping to find somewhere to watch the Ricky Hatton Fight which is being shown on Skysports in the veryearly hours of Sunday. Does anyone know:-
- Any pubs or guesthouses with accomodation willing to accomodate us.
- Or anywhere we could watch this, or organise something specially and arrange our own accomodation elsewhere.
Our group will be in the region of 10-15. Any help greatly appreciated, a hotel with a 24 hour bar and big screen would be perfect.
Many thanks

Paddy had been drinking at his local Dublin pub all day and most of the night. Mick, the bartender, says You’ll not be drinking any
more tonight, Paddy.

Paddy replies OK Mick, I’ll be on my way then. Paddy spins around on his stool and steps off. He falls flat on his face.

What the….? he says and pulls himself up by the stool and dusts himself off. He takes a step towards the door and falls flat on
his face again. Damn! he says.

He looks to the doorway and thinks that if he can just get to the door and get some fresh air he’ll be fine. He belly crawls to the
door and shimmies up the door frame.

He sticks his head outside and takes a deep breath of fresh air, feels much better and takes a step out onto the pavement and falls flat
on his face.

Bi’Jesus… I’m soused, he says.

He can see his house just a few doors down, and decides to try for it. He crawls down the st reet and shimmies up the door frame, opens
the door and looks inside. He takes a look up the stairs and says, No flappin’ way.

But he somehow crawls up the stairs to his bedroom door and thinks, I think I can make it to the bed. He takes a step into the room
and falls flat on his face again. He says, This is hell. I gotta stop drinking, but manages to crawl to the bed and fall in.

The next morning, his wife comes into the room carrying a cup of coffee and says, Get up Paddy. Did you have a bit to drink last
night?

Paddy says, I did Jess. I was totally pissfaced. But how’d you know?

Knowingly, she replied, Mick called….You left your wheelchair at the pub…

Westbury hotel dublin. What’s good? How can we outline it? Good is a moving target, but one thing we may be in a position to agree on is that it’s a target. “–Montaigne According to Aristotle, we were born to think. We are meant to use our brains to consider and to understand the difficulty of the universe. Essentially, something is good if it satisfies a certain expectation we have of itit hits the target.

A “good cup of coffee” could be robust, feeble, sour, sweet, milky, black, or free, dependent on what you put a value on and what you need from your cuppa. But are there certain qualities that make a life good? “Goodness is simpler to recognize than to outline. Auden we all know good when we see it, just like we all know when something is woo-worthy. For him, moral goodness and pleasure in life were the same. As I was driving to a chum’s house, I passed the Dublin Bar , a local watering hole renowned for its onstage music.

On the reader board, one band’s name came to my attention : Spontaneous Woo. There’s nothing like letting out a joyous, spontaneous “Woo. We would personalize our woo, making it come out as “Yesss. “There’s an appropriate word for this in each language. Regardless of what elicits this reply, we all know it suggests something good has occurred. H Auden, claimed : “Goodness is less complicated to recognize than to outline. We all know “good” when we see it, just like we all know when something is woo-worthy. Putting this into words in a consistent way is hard. “–Socrates we want to develop our own philosophy, our own knowledge of the propriety which will help us become our most fantastic selves.
